Sulfuric acid is a mineral acid composed of the elements sulfur, oxygen and hydrogen, with molecular formula H2SO4. It is a colourless and viscous liquid that is miscible with water at all concentrations. Ultra High Pure Sulphuric Acid is one of the eight chemical reagents commonly used in the semiconductor industry. It is mainly used for silicon wafer cleaning, photolithography, corrosion, and printed circuit board corrosion and electroplating cleaning.
